About the Employer
Seham and Najma is a registered charity (SC054431) dedicated to supporting asylum seekers and refugees who are among the most vulnerable in our communities. Our volunteers work with a spirit of welcome and community aiming to create a warm and enjoyable space where people could connect, share stories, and enjoy a meal together.

About the Vacancy
Record and hand reimbursements for travel expenses for users and volunteers. We expect volunteers to reliably give us a hand for about two hours most Fridays, usually between 5 and 7pm at Govan Parish Church, where we organise our community meals.
We have 3 positions available for travel expenses support volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organising and recording volunteer travel expense claims.
- Help maintain accurate records and organise receipts.
- Support the administration of travel reimbursements.
- Handle financial records and personal information confidentially.
Key Competencies
We welcome friendly, reliable and compassionate volunteers who are passionate about supporting asylum seekers and refugees. Previous experience is helpful.
