About the Vacancy
We´re looking for an experienced Office & Facilities Lead to join our self-managed team. You´ll keep our admin, facilities, and compliance functions running smoothly so our team and community can thrive.
About the Salary
Key Responsibilities
- Steward daily office operations and liaise with contractors for facilities maintenance
- Provide administrative backbone to our Making Just Futures project and maintain our community membership records
- Assist with events, steward donors and handle purchasing/expenses
- Champion H&S compliance and maintain robust record-keeping systems
- Act as designated PVG Coordinator managing disclosure applications and records
Key Competencies
This job will fit you if you´re highly organised and love a good system. You have substantial experience in administration, with demonstrable responsibility for compliance, record-keeping, or operational coordination. You handle confidential information with discretion and can thrive in a self-managed team culture.
