Key Responsibilities
Your role can include but is not restricted to:
- Supporting clients with day-to-day tasks and promoting independence
- Providing companionship and encouraging engagement
- Carrying out housekeeping and meal preparation
- Providing personal care based on clients needs
- Reporting changes in clients conditions and maintaining accurate records
Key Competencies
- You’re caring, patient and reliable
- You respect others’ values and backgrounds
- You’re a great communicator who can build trust with clients and their families
- You’re adaptable, professional and ready to make a real impact
- Willing to travel
- Driving Licence and access to vehicle desired, but not essential.
- You must have the Right to work and live in the UK
