Why Advertise with Us
Utilising CEMVO Scotland's extensive network of over 600 ethnic minority organisations / groups throughout Scotland, rest assured that your vacancies will attract a wide range of ethnically diverse candidates.
For each job post, we charge a small flat fee of £150 with no additional VAT. Advertising voluntary positions is completely free of charge
• We include your organisation’s profile and logo with your vacancies on the website
• We make your application pack available for applicants to download direct from the website.
• We load your vacancies on the website within 24 hours and your job will be advertised until the closing date.
• We will contact you after your closing date to see if you have filled your post and if you have not found someone suitable, we will extend the job listing on the website free of charge.
Where will my job vacancies appear?
Your vacancies will receive extensive visibility across multiple platforms. They will be displayed on our website, featured in our newsletters, and shared across extensive CEMVO networks, including a number of universities careers service across Scotland which we have good links with.
We also use social media extensively to reach a wider audience by promoting your vacancies on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Little Red Book (a popular Chinese social media platform).
With an impressive following of over 1,000 dedicated followers, our social media channels generate significant engagement. On average, we reach approximately 10,000 accounts, resulting in 354 interactions and 100 enquiries per month across all our social media platforms. Additionally, we actively participate in and organize regular outreach events with local ethnic minority communities, further amplifying the reach of your vacancies and facilitating direct engagement with potential candidates.
