About the Employer

About the Vacancy

A work-ready 6-month employability programme for young people aged 16 to 24 living within the Glasgow boundary, who are keen to work in customer service.

On successful completion of the programme, you will receive an SQA Level 4 Customer Service qualification, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to take on a customer-facing role in any industry.

The course will involve practicing the following activities:

  • Work Placements
  • Practical Opportunities
  • Personal Development
  • CV Workshop
  • Application Support
  • Interview Preparation
  • Learning about Recognised Sector Specific Qualifications

All participants will be allocated a key worker who will support them throughout the programme and can provide further support for up to 6 months.
