About the Vacancy

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering key projects across the Data CoE. This 24‑month rotational programme gives you hands‑on experience across critical business areas while you develop skills in data management, reporting, analytics, and performance insight.

  • Data Management, Business Intelligence, Operations
  • Business Intelligence
  • Repayments Insight & Performance

Essential

  • Ability to

Desirable

  • Understanding of Data Management principles (e.g. data definition, data lineage/CRUD)
  • Familiarity with dashboard and report development and data visualization principles
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools and coding languages (e.g., Tableau, SQL)

Key Qualifications

Degree-level qualification in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field at 2.2 or above, anticipated by Summer 2026 or gained within the last two years
